We are experiencing a health crisis of unprecedented proportions.

1 in 2 adult Americans suffer from the burden of chronic disease.  Alzheimer’s rates are predicted to triple by 2030.  The rate of obesity is near or above 40% in several states.  Diabetes rates have tripled since the 1950’s.  

America spends trillions of dollars on healthcare but we are not seeing an improvement in the health of its citizens.  In fact, since 2016, our life expectancy has declined every year while comparable high-income OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) countries have seen their life expectancies increase.  It is particularly concerning because midlife (age 25-67) rates of disease and death are increasing at an alarming rate.

GHW offers online personalized lifestyle medicine coaching in three different packages.  The visits are carried out through a HIPAA compliant video and email service so that everything discussed remains confidential.  The coaching is based on the 5 Pillars Of Great Health.  The 5 Pillars Of Great Health is designed for both disease prevention and to be the cornerstone of any health plan to help you achieve your goals.

Bronze Package

The package includes a 1-hour visit where we will discuss the importance of lifestyle medicine, what is going on in your life that may be detrimental or beneficial for your health, and the 5 Pillar Lifestyle Optimization System.  Depending on what your specific goals are, supplements will also be recommended.

Silver Package

This package offers a tailored plan to fit your personal health & lifestyle needs.  After the initial 1-hour visit, advanced nutrition and genetic testing will be ordered.  The nutrition testing is a comprehensive exam to check for nutritional deficiencies related to antioxidants, B-vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, amino acids, digestive support, and other nutrients/metabolic pathways. We will discuss the results of your testing in the second session.

By combining both tests, a customized lifestyle and supplement regimen can be crafted that is tailor made for your body, your genetics, and your goals.

Our Gold Package includes the Silver Package along with follow up health coaching sessions.

When the plan isn’t going according to plan, health coaching sessions can help alleviate frustrations and reinforce healthy patterns. Sometimes, despite our best efforts and intentions, we fall short of the goals we set for ourselves. That’s OK!  

Health coaching is coaching with the intent of increasing your motivation and self-reliance to achieve your health goals.  It is a method of guiding a person to the right answers needed to improve that individual’s health.  

As a health coach, I’m here to help you overcome health-related issues and provide necessary support to overcome those obstacles. The journey to Great Health often requires a partner, someone who has walked the path and can bolster your mind, body and spirit so you can become the healthiest version of yourself.
